Although over the last 5,000 years, winemaking has been perfected to a fine art and precise science, it remains, in essence, a relatively simple process.

In this section, we take a look at the different methods of creating wine; from red and white table wine, through sparkling wine, to luxurious and rich fortified and dessert wines.
