Champagne Fizz
You'll need:
40ml gin
20ml lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
120ml champagne
Method:
- Combine gin, lemon juice and sugar in a shaker half filled with ice
- Shake well
- Strain into a highball glass over ice
- Add champagne
- Stir gently.
